Eolas Ársa

Michael Ryan

Michael teaches a form of Mindful Movement, interweaving meditation and philosophy with a biomechanical process called The Bowspring that supports each student in moving safely toward accessing a feeling of strength and spacious freedom.

His teachings draw from a wide experience of yoga, meditation, philosophy and a love of poetry and prose. HIs skill lies in his heartfelt articulation of the spiritual dimension of life through the practice of meditation and yoga while staying grounded in safe and harmonious postural alignment. His teachings speak to the soul and journey into the many different layers of the Self. He guides and encourages each student to explore and open to their fullest potential with care and compassion. Michael is the yoga and meditation teacher to the Irish President, Michael D. Higgins.

Wolf Academy

Eolas Ársa

Hi we’re Cormac and Daryl Noonan.

We’re two brothers originally from Navan who both went down very different paths in life after leaving secondary school. We came together to share our stories so that young people don’t make the same mistakes we did. We want to prepare young people for life, not just exams.

We decided to set up Wolf Academy to inspire and empower young people to live happier and healthier lives, become their true selves and achieve their ultimate vision.

We do this through our talks, workshops and online courses. We also aim to build an academy where young people can come after finishing school to discover who they are and what they want to do in the world.

Soul Child Books

Eolas Ársa

Children’s Therapeutic Story Books by Trish Reddy, illustrated by her daughter, Caoilfhinn Reddy.

Their first therapeutic book, “The Courage Cloak”, introduces Céilí, the young Sidhe Fae, who is yet to realise the courage she needs is already within her. Céilí loves hearing the tales of her heroic ancestors. She wishes she could be brave like them, but instead Céilí is realising she spends her days feeling frightened, she feels afraid going to school, meeting new people or going to new places. Come with Céilí as she learns that you don’t need to be a brave hero to find your own courage.

The Celtic Wheel

The Celtic Wheel 20/21 is a year-long journey through the 8 Festivals. It is designed for women who want to activate their feminine wisdom and their sovereign power so they can live in more balance while in service to the new world emerging.

The Celtic wheel is the calendar handed down to us from our Celtic and pre-Celtic ancestors. Our Celtic ancestors were rooted in the rhythms of nature and the cosmos and the interconnectedness of all things.

The world of strive-drive over-culture is collapsing around us. We as women are exhausted living that way. The Celtic Wheel is an ancient map that can help bring women back into balance and into our sovereignty,  so we can spin a new world into being.

Danu Skincare

Eolas Ársa

My name is Sarah and I’m the founder of Danu Skincare, I’m based in County Kerry and surrounded by wild coastlines, wildlife, and flora.  I create products that are inspired by Irish plants and flowers, tapping into their healing and health properties. I use plants and flowers such as Comfrey and Gorse Flower, a mini revival of ancient Irish traditions and recognition of the power of mother nature.

I love Irish mythology, the name of my business was inspired by Danu; the most ancient of the Celtic gods, mother of the earth, wind, and all Celtic people. I like to think that we all have a little of Danu flowing in our veins!

I use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible, my packaging is recyclable and I only ship within Ireland 😊 I am a great believer in the shop local principle. Every time I create a new product sustainability is always forefront of mind.

Sugarloaf Botanics

Eolas Ársa

I’m Laura, a nurse and a mammy of two beautiful boys, and I’m lucky enough to call the Great Sugarloaf in Wicklow my home.
I love growing plants more than anything, and over the past few years have learned how to incorporate both local and cultivated plants and herbs into organic skin and body care to support us through the seasons.

I grow, harvest, dry and infuse these plants into the oils that make these delicate and soothing products from my home here in Wicklow.  Everything is made in small batches, with a whole lot of care and attention and all our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable. All our ingredients are organic where at all possible and I am always looking to work with ethical and local suppliers.

Ripple Effect Ireland

Uisce

Highlighting how seaswimming can have a positive impact on many aspects of your life including #wellbeing

The Ripple Effect Ireland was set up on 2021 with the intention of spreading the good word about sea swimming and its benefits. We wanted to highlight that sea swimming not only impacts the person swimming but also how it can massively benefit other areas of their lives. Everyone has their own thing they take from sea swimming and if our page can inspire even just one person to take the plunge then the ripple effect of that spreads throughout. Sea swimming is a brilliant community of like minded people.
