ABOUT THE ARTIST: Jeff Fitzpatrick Adams was born on All Hallows Eve in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He travelled the world as a young man and settled in the rural West of Ireland in 1990. Jeff has been practising Celtic art for more than 40 years. His work is greatly influenced by the early Celtic illuminated manuscript, the Book of Kells, and he utilises various mediums including textiles, wood, stone, metal, parchment and vellum to create original designs. Jeff receives his inspiration from the early Irish Celtic-Christian tradition, Irish Folklore & Mythology, William Morris and the Arts & Crafts Movement of the late 19th century, the inner & outer landscapes of Ireland and his rich imagination...
